Over the weekend we held two days of music and movement improvisation workshops at the Community Music School in Konstanz. A fantastic group of twenty-one people from ages 9 to 80 joined us and together we joyfully improvised music and danced together for two days!

It felt wonderful to be part of Mary Knysh’s workshop. The way she (and her daughter Jubie) work, made musical concepts fly out the window and was heartopening. Playing like children and communicating from heart to heart made me dance and sing for hours, and that didn’t stop after the workshop. I feel like I met some soulbuddies and want to thank Mary (and Jubie) for the work they do for the music and the planet. Love and thank you from my heart. The music never stops…..
